What documents do I need for a rent agreement?
Aadhaar of both landlord and tenant, two passport-size photos each, and proof of property ownership. We draft, print on stamp paper and arrange notary — all under one roof. Walk-in turnaround: same day in most cases.
How long does GST & ITR filing take?
Regular GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are filed the same working day once we receive your invoices. New GST registration is typically 7–10 working days. ITR filing for salaried clients is usually done within 24 hours of receiving Form 16.
Do you handle Swiggy & Zomato restaurant registration?
Yes — full launch package. We take care of FSSAI licence, GST, Swiggy & Zomato partner onboarding, menu setup, GST invoicing and ongoing monthly compliance. New restaurants typically go live in under two weeks.
Where are your offices and what are your hours?
Two branches: Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad (head office) and Central Plaza, Sec-04, Greater Noida West. Walk-ins welcome Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. WhatsApp queries answered until late evening.
Are your fees fixed or do you charge extra later?
All fees are quoted upfront and stay fixed. We do not charge hidden "service" or "processing" fees after work begins. Government fees (stamp duty, registration fee, etc.) are pass-through and always shown separately on your invoice.
Can I get my documents done remotely or do I need to visit?
Most services can be initiated over WhatsApp — share scans of your documents and we get started. Physical signature, biometric or notary steps may require a single short office visit. We tell you upfront which steps need you in person.
